The Influence of Motivation, Discipline, and School Environment on Students' Academic Performance in the Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMKN 3 Pati

This study explores the impact of motivation, discipline, and the school environment on students' academic performance at SMKN 3 Pati. Regression analysis shows that motivation and discipline are key factors in academic success, while the school environment plays a supportive role. The study also emphasizes the importance of effective strategies for implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in vocational schools, particularly through project-based learning to develop essential skills for Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0. Challenges such as teacher readiness, limited infrastructure, and students' understanding of independent learning require solutions like technology integration, industry partnerships, and improved pedagogical approaches. Increasing student motivation and discipline through structured learning habits and supportive school policies is also crucial. The study provides insights for enhancing vocational education by fostering motivation, discipline, and a conducive learning environment, ensuring students are well-prepared for the workforce while embodying the values of the Pancasila Student Profile.
