Publication Fee

IISR is committed to transparent publication policies. At the time of submission, authors should consult the journal's current publication-fee information before submitting a manuscript.

If JIISR is currently operating without publication charges, I recommend using this wording:

JIISR does not charge authors any Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscript submission, peer review, or publication. There are no submission fees or publication fees for accepted articles.

The journal does not make editorial decisions based on an author's ability or inability to pay. Any future changes to publication fees will be announced transparently on the journal website before they take effect.
