Plagiarism Check

JIISR is committed to maintaining academic integrity and does not tolerate plagiarism, duplicate publication, fabrication, falsification, or other forms of academic misconduct. All submitted manuscripts may be screened for plagiarism or substantial textual similarity using appropriate plagiarism-detection software before or during the editorial process.

The similarity report is used as an editorial screening instrument, not as the sole basis for determining whether plagiarism has occurred. Editors may examine the context, sources, quotations, references, methodology, and other relevant elements before making an editorial decision. Manuscripts with substantial inappropriate similarity may be returned to the authors for clarification or revision. In serious cases, the manuscript may be rejected. Authors are responsible for properly citing and acknowledging all sources used in their manuscripts. JIISR also considers duplicate submission and redundant publication as matters of publication ethics.
