Plagiarism Check
Innovative Pedagogy and Education Studies (IPES) is committed to maintaining academic integrity and originality in all published works. All submitted manuscripts are subject to a plagiarism and similarity check before entering the peer-review process and, when necessary, at later stages of editorial processing.
Manuscripts identified with substantial similarity, plagiarism, duplicate publication, or inappropriate text reuse may be returned to the authors for clarification or revision. Manuscripts with serious evidence of plagiarism or other forms of academic misconduct may be rejected. Authors are responsible for ensuring that all ideas, statements, data, quotations, and materials derived from other sources are properly acknowledged and cited.
Proper citation does not exempt authors from maintaining originality in the overall presentation and contribution of the manuscript. The editorial team determines the appropriate action based on the level, nature, and context of the detected similarity. Similarity reports are used as an editorial assessment tool and are not considered the sole basis for determining plagiarism.
IPES may conduct additional checks during the revision and production stages to protect the integrity of the published scholarly record.
