Author Guideline
Innovative Pedagogy and Education Studies (IPES) welcomes original scholarly works that contribute to the advancement of pedagogy and educational studies. Authors are required to follow the journal's submission and publication requirements.
1. Manuscript Scope
Submitted manuscripts must be relevant to the focus and scope of IPES. The journal accepts original research articles, review articles, conceptual papers, and case studies in pedagogy and education.
2. Originality
Manuscripts must be original and must not have been published or submitted simultaneously to another journal. All sources must be properly cited. Manuscripts may be screened for plagiarism or excessive textual similarity.
3. Manuscript Preparation
Manuscripts should be written in clear academic language and organized according to the journal template. In general, a research article should contain:
Title
a. Title
b. Author names and affiliations
c. Abstract
d. Keywords
e. Introduction
f. Literature Review or Theoretical Framework
g. Research Method
h. Results and Discussion
i. Conclusion
j. References
The manuscript should present a clear research problem, appropriate methodology, sufficient evidence, and a meaningful scholarly contribution.
4. Language
IPES primarily publishes manuscripts in English. Authors are responsible for ensuring that the language, terminology, grammar, and overall presentation meet acceptable academic standards.
5. References
References must be relevant, reliable, and sufficiently current. Authors are encouraged to cite primary scholarly sources and recent publications. All references cited in the manuscript must appear in the reference list and vice versa.
Authors are encouraged to use a reference management application such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote to maintain consistency.
6. Submission and Review
Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's online submission system. All manuscripts are subject to editorial screening and double-blind peer review. Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewers' and editors' comments.
7. Authorship and Ethical Requirements
All listed authors must have made a substantial contribution to the research or manuscript. Authors must disclose relevant conflicts of interest and funding information. Research involving human participants must comply with applicable ethical requirements.
8. Publication Decision
The final decision to accept or reject a manuscript is made by the editorial team based on the manuscript's academic quality, originality, relevance, methodological rigor, and reviewer recommendations.
9. Post-Publication Responsibility
Authors are responsible for notifying the editorial office if a significant error is identified after publication. IPES may publish corrections or retract an article when necessary to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record. By submitting a manuscript to IPES, authors confirm that they have read and agreed to these guidelines and the journal's publication ethics policy.
