This study examines the influence of work discipline, job promotion, and compensation on employee performance at the Pekalongan District Health Office. Human resources play a crucial role in achieving organizational goals, and effective management of these resources is essential for improving efficiency and service quality. A quantitative research approach with a correlational design was used in this study. Data were collected through surveys using questionnaires distributed to employees of the Pekalongan District Health Office. The sample was determined using proportional stratified random sampling, and data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate that compensation has the most significant impact on employee performance, followed by job promotion and work discipline. The regression analysis shows that these three variables collectively influence employee performance by 45.7%, with the remaining 54.3% being affected by other factors such as organizational culture, leadership, and motivation. This study highlights the importance of fair compensation policies, transparent promotion processes, and strict discipline enforcement to enhance employee productivity. The findings provide valuable insights for policymakers in the public sector to develop more effective human resource management strategies, ultimately improving service quality in healthcare institutions...References
