This study aims to analyze the forms of digital rights protection in Indonesia and the challenges faced in their implementation. The research employs a qualitative normative approach and literature review, utilizing secondary data from legal documents, human rights reports, and scientific journals. The findings indicate that digital rights protection in Indonesia remains partial and not fully aligned with international human rights principles. Regulatory gaps, weak oversight, and low digital literacy among the public are the main obstacles. This study emphasizes the need for regulatory reform, enhanced digital literacy, and strengthened institutions to ensure digital rights as an integral part of human rights in the information technology era.
