Workshop Penyusunan Karya Ilmiah untuk Pengelola RA Bahrul Ulum dan RA Elkatarie

This community service program aimed to enhance the scientific writing skills of early childhood education managers at RA Bahrul Ulum and RA Elkatarie in East Lombok. The workshop was conducted over three consecutive days, combining theoretical explanations with practical writing exercises tailored to the participants’ backgrounds. The training focused on understanding the structure of scientific papers, data collection techniques, and proper citation methods. Coordination and collaboration with local stakeholders ensured smooth implementation and strong community support. Post-training mentoring was carried out via online communication platforms to maintain participants’ motivation and assist in completing their manuscripts. Evaluation results demonstrated significant improvement in participants’ knowledge and writing competencies. Challenges such as limited training time and varied digital literacy levels were identified, prompting recommendations for extended training durations and enhanced digital literacy support. Overall, this program contributed positively to fostering an academic culture and improving the quality of early childhood education management in a remote area.
